Preliminary video consultation
Where suitable, we arrange a video consultation with the selected specialist. This gives you an opportunity to discuss your condition, ask questions and understand what may be required if you decide to travel to India.
We help coordinate your India visit
Once an in-person consultation or treatment visit is recommended, we help coordinate your expected hospital dates and travel schedule. We can also assist with available medical visa documentation and invitation-related requirements, depending on your case.
Airport pickup and a comfortable stay
When you arrive in India, our team can receive you at the airport and take you to your arranged accommodation. We aim to provide a comfortable, welcoming and homely environment rather than making you feel like you are simply travelling between hotels and hospitals.

How do you decide which doctor I should see?
We consider the information you provide and help identify a suitable specialist from our partner network based on the type of eye-care service or condition involved. The treating doctor then performs the medical assessment and makes the clinical decision.
Will someone pick me up from the airport?
Yes. Airport pickup can be arranged as part of your coordinated travel plan, with transportation to your arranged accommodation.
Where will I stay during my treatment?
We help arrange comfortable accommodation intended to feel more personal and homely than a purely clinical environment. Accommodation arrangements can depend on your treatment plan and individual requirements.
